Hayley Hutchins, Esq.

Hayley is a former English as a Second Language teacher turned attorney with a varied background in business and family immigration, removal defense, child support, tribal law, and criminal defense. During her time as a public defender, Hayley argued before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and secured numerous expungements as part of a holistic approach to public-interest representation. She has ghost-written briefs submitted to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals concerning immigrants’ due process rights and enjoys providing vigorous oral advocacy before the EOIR. Hayley is currently restoring a vintage Airstream with her husband and working on her goal to visit all 50 U.S. states.
