David D. Relles

David Relles is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C. He is a former assistant district attorney of Outagamie County, Wisconsin and is a master member of the James E. Doyle Inn of Court. David has over twenty years' experience in civil litigation and criminal defense, including personal injury, medical malpractice, business litigation, and defense of professional licenses. He played a central role in obtaining passage of legislation to improve the ability of Wisconsin businesses to recover losses from retail theft and bad checks. back


Joseph R. Long II

Joseph Long is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he was a managing editor of the Law Review. He was a charter member of the James E. Doyle Inn of Court. Joe received his master's degree summa cum laude from Boston College in psychiatric nursing and is the former assistant unit chief of Erich Lindemann Mental Health Center in Boston, where he practiced as a psychotherapist. He practices in the areas of personal injury, legal, medical and nursing malpractice, professional licensure defense and business litigation. In his spare time, Joe is a tenor and former board president of The Festival Choir of Madison. back


Kevin F. Milliken

Kevin Milliken graduated from Yale University with a bachelor's degree in economics and received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1977. He and his wife Sharon have three children. His practice focuses on personal injury; products liability; and shareholder, partnership, business and real estate disputes, including pre-suit evaluations, negotiations, and litigation through trial. Kevin has successfully defended physicians, chiropractors, psychologists, veterinarians, real estate brokers, pharmacists, podiatrists, physical therapists, dentists and other professionals before the Department of Regulation and Licensing, and attorneys before the Office of Lawyer Regulation. Kevin practices in state and federal courts and has lectured for the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers on product liability matters and for the State Bar of Wisconsin health law section regarding peer review and the physician disciplinary process. back


Mark T. Scheffer

Since entering practice in 1984, Mark Scheffer has represented families and businesses in Madison and surrounding communities, Dane County, the State of Wisconsin and throughout the country. His areas of expertise include estate planning and probate, elder law, residential and commercial real estate, and general business law and incorporations. Mark has been named by Madison Magazine as one of Madison's best lawyers in the areas of real estate law and trusts & estate planning, and most recently in elder law. Through the State Bar of Wisconsin and other legal and social organizations, he has lectured at seminars for attorneys and accountants on estate planning and probate topics, and he has spoken to various senior groups on estate planning, probate, guardianships, health care powers of attorney and related areas of interest. In the past, he also served as a volunteer rent abatement hearing examiner for the City of Madison. back
