Craig is the founding attorney of the firm. He focuses primarily on representing immigrants who are detained in county jails and private prisons throughout the United States. Craig regularly appears in immigration courts as well as in Federal Courts. He has won numerous cases before immigration judges, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal judges. The biggest of these victories include securing release for immigrants who have been detained for years without the ability to have a bail hearing.



Craig is a 2009 graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and a 2012 graduate of Pace Law School. While in law school, Craig participated in the Immigration Justice Clinic and the Equal Rights Disability Clinic. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Craig was a multi-unit Domino’s Pizza franchisee where he worked his way from driver to franchisee.
