Ashley Richter

Ashley Richter has a bachelor’s degree in sociology, summa cum laude with high distinction, from the University of Minnesota and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, cum laude, with a concentration in family law.  During law school, Ashley worked as a law clerk in a small general practice firm for three years and volunteered with the Restraining Order Clinic at the Dane County Courthouse.

Ashley practices in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate, misdemeanor criminal defense, restraining orders and residential real estate matters.   Ashley also volunteers with the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center to provide free procedural advice to pro se litigants and helped develop materials for the statewide high school mock trial program.  In her free time Ashley enjoys quilting, fishing, and camping with her family and two dogs.
